Quietly tucked away just two minutes' walk from a wide and sandy dune backed beach this very comfortable and well furnished single storey property lies a short stroll from an extensive range of amenities. Newly refurbished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard it is perfect for all age groups – a family friendly pub and restaurant are only 300 yards away and shops theatre a swimming pool sports centre cycle hire a skate park and a Sun Centre with indoor water slides and wave machine are all under ½ mile. A wealth of lively facilities including go karts nightclubs and an amusement arcade can be enjoyed in Rhyl 1 mile.
