Enjoying a fabulous romantic setting with lovely terraces overooking waterfalls and a pretty stream this picturesque 17th century former corn mill simply bursts character and charm fine original features and period furniture. Adjoining the owners' home in 8 acres of meadows and woodland it has been lovingly restored to provide spacious accommodation over three floors. The location is perfect for exploring the very best of North Wales outdoor ethusiasts will certainly delight in the myriad of activities on offer nearby including white water rafting mountain bike trails canoeing paintballing a high ropes adventure course sailing golf pony trekking excellent walking and bird watching. Just 10 miles away lies the lovely town of Llangollen where visitors will find an abundance of interesting shops inns and restaurants and great attractions including horse drawn canal boat excursions and historic steam train journeys. From here narrow boat excursions cross the famous Pontcysyllte aqueduct the highest and longest on the canal system and the surrounding Dee Valley is a breathtakingly beautiful backdrop for climbing abseiling and gorge walking. Also within easy reach are relaxing days on the golden beaches at Barmouth (30 miles). Corwen (2 miles) offers a good selection of shops and pubs serving food.
