Electric underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Electricity and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled area with furniture. Two well-behaved, small dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Bedroom has open access to stairs. Note: Adults only. Note. Check in time after 3.30pm, checkout by 10.30am. Please note: TV reception can be unpredictable at times due to the location.
