Oil central heating and electric fire. Electric oven and hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, and a selection of books and games. Bed linen and towels . Highchair available. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 mile, pub 0.09 miles. Note: There is one step up to bedroom 3. Please note: The stairs are fairly steep
