All ground floor. Open plan studio accommodation with double bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Shower room with shower, basin and WC and electric heater in separate building.

Woodburner with electric heater in shower room. Combination microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car approx. 100 yards away. Front decked area with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 3.5 miles drive or 20 mins walk by footpath. Note: The cottage is set within a sloped site and is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
